Activ8 is what London is doing to celebrate National Playday 2005. It was the biggest play celebration of its kind in the UK, with special zones for different age groups and different kinds of activities. There were the five zones of fun: Teens, Under 5s, Body, Mind and Food, with each zone marked by a coloured 'sky tube'. We taught over a hundred people yoga in the Mind and Under 5's Zones all day from 11am. Everyone enjoyed yoga with the London School of Yoga, especially our demo at 1.30pm.
