LSY sets up private classes in your home, Melissa Freedman’s studio or for organisations.

We are qualified to teach all styles of yoga, also pre and post natal yoga, pranayam and meditation and Mother and Baby Yoga.

Melissa Freedman holds a British Wheel of Yoga Diploma and Birthlight Pregnancy Yoga teaching qualification.

We also have yoga classes for children.

Beginners are welcome to attend any class of their choice.
